Were all used to peoples stories of how bad they are treated when trying to sort out manufacturers warrenties.
Just thought id mention how amazed i was at samsung.
Sent my laptop back to them as the cd dvd combo was not reading cd's.
It arrived to the on monday morning, it was fixed (cd renewed) and back to me by wednesday....I was gobsmacked!!!

Last time i sent a pc back it was gone for 4 months...but that was to mesh computers so well done to samsung for producing quality products and great customer care.

Id be intrested to hear your experiences from different companies.
I hear LG are a bit naff...any truth in this?
