Beware: Cheap Flash Drive
Hi m8,
This may not be new to some of you guys but just to warm you guys about the cheap flash drive on Ebay. The 8gb flash drive is not 8gb. They using a configurable flash controlle, one of the common brand is "Icreate". I have attached the program (pdx16) that will low level format, it will review the actual flash size. Of coz you can use it to create a 200gb flash drive to impress your friends. it is meant for 5128 controller. Use another program called usbview to view ur idproduct and idvendor. If your idvendor is 1043, you are in risk of being cheated.
