i called o2 today as my nieces contract (under my name) was up for renewal and she is going to tenerife to work for at least 6 months on wed. spoke to a guy called andy and he couldnt have been more helpful. gave me my europe extra free so she is not charged for receiving calls etc. the handset she wanted they did not have in stock so he phoned the paisley branch as thats nearest to me to see if they had it in stock which they did. she needed the new handset for going away. we went to the shop and got it, they called online so we got the correct tariff etc
