This will let you make a vista dvd with just the drivers and programs that your computer needs or you want on it, you can also add your vista serial number with all the other info that you normally have to fill out to the cd and it will do everything for you when you install. I made a dvd earlier and took of a few simple things out aero, windows sidebar, welcome center and a few other things that are not needed and it made the dvd almost 1.5gb smaller, it will also let you save and instal all your windows updates on it so you dont have to download them again if you have windows update downloader installed. Same thing is available for xp called nlite but have not used it.
If you have an illegal version of windows then dont use this because I have read that some people running pirated versions of vista have been running into problems when using this, think its something to do with the activation cracks.
