hi everyone,
I have just purchased an ACER laptop and when installing all the drivers a 'launch tool installation' page comes up but I cant get rid of it. I have tried the help line and they just weren't bothered to the extent that I said I would send it back and they said "OK, no problem". what kind of customer service is that!!!
