This member is the original thread starter. Unhappy Opening video in files crashes comp
When i try to open c ertain folders that have video in they crash my comp,i get the error windows explorer encountered a problem message,whole screen dissappears apart from backgroundm image and then reappears again.

Dont think its my laptop as its only 2 months old VAIO : VGN-FS515H (VGNFS515H) : United Kingdom

Not sure where to start,any help would be helpful
