After recent events with Modshack and the cable companies in the news just latly we have started to check all our satellite and cable forums to make sure that we fully comply with the law in every way that we can.
We do not condone people stealing or defrauding satellite and cable companies and if we find out that this is happening on here we will close them forums down for good. These forums were started up for educational purposes only and always will be just that.
We have never asked for any donation's or payments from any member on this site and we never will, it as always been a free forum and will always stay that way.
The Team that help and run world-of-digital.com give up there own time and do so for free.
And as we say in our RULES anyone found to be using our forums for illegal services and making money out of this site or the satellite and cable companies will be removed and details passed on to the above companies....Please help us to help you, so that we can keep cable alive and kicking.

pesky partitions, too many, grrrrr !!!
Please see attachment pic to check out what iam talking about in this thread........
As you can see, iam running the maxblast utility maxblast for maxtor hard-drives.
I know a bit about partitions and stuff, well enough that ive been formatting and reinstalling windows on loads of systems for years n years, so i know the basics, but thats about it.
If you look at the picture, you will see both my drives listed there, drive c and e.
On drive C there is 4 parts which you can see, the big part is the main partition that windows is on and the other small yellow part is the backup partition should I not have a backup disk it excists there anyway, but the other 2 parts , the green unallocated parts, those are the things i cant figure out, what/why are they there ??? they dont show in windows, only the 2 yellow parts show in windows, same with drive E too, wtf's that all about ??? lol, thats my question.
If my memory serves me right, I think i can always remember having 1 tiny part of a drive unalocated, but i can "never" remember 2 parts, and on both drives too, even stranger.
