This member is the original thread starter. Samsung HR-730
have recently picked one of these up for a cracking price and am generally happy with it up to now.

one issue though - it makes quite a bit of noise and is noticeable during quiet bits of films etc...

anyone know if anything can be done to reduce/remove the noise factor??
