Hi just a warning to fellow ebayers: -
This cheeky so and so (top-portable) is selling NEW dell inspiron 1501 on ebay @ £350.00 + P&P + VAT. He was also auctioning ten, i won one at £240 + P&P + VAT. Obviously I paid via Paypal immediately upon winning yesterday. Checked progress this morning to find he has refunded my money and said it is not available as it was listed in error, although it seemed pretty well planned as he stated in the auction 1p start with no reserve!
I reported him to eBay as he breached the contract, also he is STILL listing the buy it nows @ £350.00!
