This member is the original thread starter. Digital Camera Blur

i own an olympus digital camera that i bought a couple of years back. wots always annoyed me is that if anything moves quickly while taking a pic then it blurs the image. Im into tropical fish and i have been trying to take some pics of them to put on gazers new fish forum Fish-Keeping.com. even the slightest movement they make will blur the image.
if i look 4 a camera wot do i lokk 4 to counteract this problem. iv heard of ppl saying its the shutter speed and some say its called shutter lag.
Any ideas anybody?
