megane seatbelts

Hi

I would be grateful if some explain to me the following (my car was involved in accident Megane convertible 2005) I got most of it repaired the problem is that back seatbelts. there are tight you can not pull them.

According to some people I need gas canisters which has gone off,( some people say I need to replace entire seatbelt system. (my question is what do I need to buy ie entire system from breaker yard or just canisters from dealership?)
