| Flooring From carpet to wood flooring discussion, help, and advice. |
| |||
| I'm going to fit a hardwood floor and I've been told I need to put building paper down onto my existing floorboards before I nail the new planks. However the shop selling the flooring is saying that I have to buy underlay to go between instead of paper. Anyone have a strong opinion on this. Question is, are they taking advantage, or is it really necessary |
