Brobs with new d-box2 ...

Hi guys, i've just brought a Sagem D-box2 off of ebay.

i've plugged the box in using my mini-dish feed (for now) but the box is showing zero signal...its not showing a thing in the reception signal screen (blue button then red)...

I do know that the dish works as i can get this info up on another box i use for freeview channels.

Any help appreciated as i feari havebrought a dud box with a receiver fault...wellthats my gut instinct....

probs somthing i havent mentioned so please feel free to to interrogate me as i'm all out of ideas on this one :S

*EDIT*

I've tried everything i can think of but nothing seems to be working..not even a blip on the graph when the cable is removed/put in.....i go to servicescan and it says 'transponderscan failed'.........
