
TomTom has determined that a limited number of Windscreen Docks included with the initial shipments of the TomTom GO 910, TomTom GO 710 and TomTom GO 510 do not perform to the standards we set for our products. These docks can result in a loose power connection or in the device droping.
As a customer-oriented organisation, we take feedback from our customers very seriously. As a result, we have made a number of modifications to the Windscreen Dock to make sure it lives up to customers%u2019 expectations.
Any customers experiencing difficulties with their Windscreen Dock can order an optimised Windscreen Dock free of charge (no shipping costs). Simply enter the serial number of your TomTom GO device and a shipping address on the next pages and we can determine if you are entitled to have your Windscreen Dock replaced.
One free Windscreen Dock is allowed per eligible device.
