curries how to do your own chapat
1 1/2 cups of wholemeal flour
1/2 cup of plain flour
pinch of salt
water
rest for 30 mins
rool out & cook
pakora batter
2 cups gram flour
1 cup s/r flour
1 tsp chilli powder
1 egg
1 tsp of garlic & ginger puree
(chop add water, boil to mush & blitz)
add red food colouring
marinade chicken in below before adding to batter

20 onions (chopped)
2 tblsp of jeera (cumin seed)
1/2 cup of oil
3 tblsp salt
boil in water level with onions, when onions turn to mush add,
1 tblsp cream coconut
3 tblsp tom puree
2 tblsp curry powder
1 tblsp chilli powder
2 tblsp turka
1 tblsp tumeric
cook for 1/2 hour then blitz
cook for 15 mins more
pan fry
1 tsp oil
1 tsp turka
1 tblsp to puree
green chillies to taste
fenugreek
cook in pan for 1 min then add ingredients for what currie you want i.e. add 1/2 a tomato, chicken, base gravy, corrianda for a chicken boona

1bl ginger
10 full cloves of garlic
2 green peppers
2 onoins
oil
in a deep bowl chop ginger into small pieces. add garlic & pepper & onion after chopping level with oil & blitz
puree green chillies
1lb green chillies
1 onion
oil
chop onion & chillies level with oil & blitz
korma
1 laddel of gravy
same amount of cream
sugar
cream coconut
chicken
simmer for 3 mins
jalfrezi
do pan fry
1/2 green pepper & 1/2 onion (cut into 4 pieces each)
1/2 cup of cream
1 tblsp almond powder
chicken
gravy
simmer for 3 - 5 mins
patia
do pan fry with very little green chillies
2 tblsp mango chutney
3 tblsp tom ketchup
1 tsp sugar
1 tblsp lemon juice
cook for 1 min, add chicken & gravy
simmer for 3 - 5 mins
south indain garlic chillie chicken
do pan fry
1 tsp green chilli
2 tblsp yoghurt
1 tblsp lemon juice
2 tblsp tom ketchup
1/2 diced onion
4 clove garlic crushed (or garlic powder)
cook for 1 min add chicken & gravy
simmer for 3 - 5 mins
