Provide help with hand luggage. Retrieve luggage from baggage reclaim. Arrange onward transport. On departure Meet the guest at the airport with a baggage trolley. Assist with check in. Accompany the guest to the gate. Access to Fast Track through security. Provide a personal shopper service if requested. The cost of the service is Departure service - without lounge access Individual £23.50 Each additional guest £6 Departure service - with lounge access* Individual £29.50 Each additional guest £12 * Lounge available to children aged 12 years or over. Arrival service Individual £18 Each additional guest £4 service is for my mum so i dont mind the cost Ive phoned Gatwick and I know they dont offer the same service but they did mention a porter service, can anyone enlighten me as to how much help they offer ? ie are they allowed to accompany you to your departure gate or do they just take you as far as the departure lounge, then your on your own ? |
