Cable forums are open again

After recent events with Modshack and the cable companies in the news just latly we have started to check all our satellite and cable forums to make sure that we fully comply with the law in every way that we can. We do not condone people stealing or defrauding satellite and cable companies and if we find out that this is happening on here we will close them forums down for good. Spark Came Out of Lead.

Hi,
This morning I was on the laptop and noticed that it said I didnt have the charger in. So I looked at the plug and it was in the socket. So I looked at the lead and seen a spark came out of it. So I unplugged it for a bit and then put it on again and it was charhing again. On the lead theres a few kinks in the wire and one has a wee tiny bit of a hole in the rubbery bit where the spark came out. There has been no sparks since this morning and ive only seen one. This is a Dell Laptop.
Can anyone recommed what to do?, or what tape to get to wrap around it that wont burn?...
