| I'd been having problems signing into windows live messenger. The version that I had installed was 8.1. Latest is 8.5. I was downloading & installing the version from here Windows Live Messenger - The Future of MSN Messenger Prob is this version is still 8.1. Re-install windows live messenger using the attached installer & you will have 8.5. Hope this helps some peeps
